Privacy Policy

In short

Every page here can be read without signing up. The only data handled covers audience measurement, replies to messages sent through the contact form, and working out which link sent a visitor to an operator.

What we never receive

Registration details, identity documents, card numbers and gambling history are handled by the operator whose account you open, on its own site and under its own privacy policy. This website has no access to any of it.

Operator websites

Clicking through to an operator takes you off this site, and that operator’s privacy policy applies from that point. Read it before registering, because that is where your identity and payment details are processed.

Overseas disclosure

Our analytics and hosting providers may store data on servers outside Australia, including in the European Union and the United States. We use providers that contractually commit to protecting the data to a standard comparable to the Australian Privacy Principles.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the contact form and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner:

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only, and administrative access requires two-factor authentication.

Updates

This policy is revised when the tools we use or the law change. The version published on this page is the one in force.
